A. hi yes you can here I suggest some remedies ,hope it help: gargle with Luke warm salt water with two drops of ghee atleast twice in a day. keep your body well hydrated for headache ,you can try the below exercise: place your index fingers next to your nostrils. press this point and stretch them away from each other,this will help to open the nostrils. you can massage these points in a clockwise circle ,do it for 2 or 3 minutes.
