hi my baby is 7 month old. recently he started his solids and he get constipated .Plz suggest me some remedies.

A. I would recommend you to try to give honey with warm water to the baby this will help to reduce the problem of constipation avoid giving banana and milk to the child for sometime try to give a fibrous food and liquid diet to the child
