Q.

hi my baby is 7 month old but his weight is not increasing it is constant from last month. I have started giving him solids too but couldn't see any result. His weight is 6.9 kg. what we can do

A. Dear mum, your baby’s weight of 6.9 kg is absolutely normal at 7 months, do not worry. Also, if baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours, then it indicates good health. You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichadi, vegetable dal rice. Fruits Curd, paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Continue to breastfeed.
