hi my baby is 7 month can I give her cow milk and if it is ok please guide how can I give and suggest me any powder

Cow's milk should be introduced only after the baby turns one year old as cow's milk has less iron content when compared to breast milk or iron fortified formula milk. Cow's milk if introduced at this age can cause iron deficiency anemia. It is also too heavy for a baby's stomach. You can continue breast feeding and in case the breast milk production is low, you can give formula milk after discussion with your doctor.
