hi my baby is 6months old, he ate banana today, does it cause black stool, please let me know

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good afternoon ! Yes banana puriee in baby diet initially results in stool change brownish/blackish thread like particles no need to worry.
Continue banana for 2-3 days check potty for digestion capability if baby had any motions or allergy then only avoid that item similarly follow for other food items.
You can feed fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, Malts give adequate water for hydration and easy digestion.
