hi my baby is 6months old can I introduce cerlac or not.it is healthy or not

If The child has completed the age of six months then you can definitely introduce it to the child and it is definitely very very healthy had it not been healthy by any chance then it would have not been available in the market for kids so of course it is healthy you can definitely go ahead without that
