hi, my baby is 6 months old when can I start carrot and potato for him and how much quantity?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, if your baby has completed 6 months, then you can start giving carrot and potato to your baby. give it soft and mashed or in puree form. give little amount in beginning and gradually increase the quantity up to half katori.
