hi my baby is 6 months old and I have introduced solid foods for the last 15 days. he was very much ok for the food but since the last 3 days he has been pooping just after every feed also I can see mucus in stools. is it normal plz help? 🙏🙏

A. U may check with your doc once as this may b due to stomach infection and that’s going to b good enough as of now as this way if there is an issue the doc will b able to treat your child will as a course of antibiotics to b used and that’s what is going to help
