Q.

Hi my baby is 6 months old and I breastfeeding him. From yesterday I am having right hand shoulder joint pain I am not abel to do work with right hand. My local doctor prescribed nelnac-sp and MrB-4 tablets. But in google I saw while breastfeed not recommended those tablets. Please tell me what tablets that I can take while breastfeeding.
