Q.

Hi my baby is 6 months 21 days , so how many times I should feed him solid foods?? Though I am giving him- Morning- Ragi and apple After- rice and and vegetable porridge Dinner - oats Rest 3/4 times milk Is it sufficient or too much??

A. it's too much after 7 month onwards can give 3 meals to ur baby.. but if ur baby is accepting now than it's fine.. all food should ve well cooked n avoid force feeding
