Q.

Hi,My baby is 5months old. I'm a breastfeeding mother. What Diet can I follow for good digestion of baby. Does my diet affects baby?

A. just avoid spicy and refrigerated foods. otherwise you can have anything. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .... . ... . .

A. Yes The mother’s diet does affect the child because it is said that whatever the mother is eating your child is taking it in the form of your breast feed so you should I really good amount of liquids on an every day basis you can have fennel seeds water that will keep your stomach cool and will also keep your child’s stomach cool you should avoid having too much of spicy food as well as you should avoid having any kind of heavy food which is difficult to digest
