There Is no diet chart I said that you’ll have to follow just go ahead with whatever you want to eat just avoid eating Chinese with MSG plane you can have and you should just avoid certain foods like papaya and pineapple throughout apart from that there is no restriction have what you want to have just have good amount of proteins for sure
