Q.

Hi my baby is 5months old . He is having a red bump at back of his head . when consulted Doctor, Doctor said it Hemangioma. Is it common ?? When it is going to disappear??? Does it harm baby??? please answer these questions

A. hemangioma most of the times reduce by the age of one year of age very rarely there is need to do surgery. if there is no improvement it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination and if there is need to do any investigations both for diagnosis and management
