hi my baby is 5month and 27days he neck is still shaking little he is rolling over and while in tummy time he holding his neck up and seeing side to side but while in sitting position he is not holding his neck and automatically he moving back and he cannot hold straight pls give me suggestion and also giving vit d3 and zircovit

A. if the child is 5 and half month old and if the child is having some shaking off the head it should be examined properly so consult your doctor at once for proper
