Q.

Hi My baby is 53 days old now.. In recent scan, he has mild right pelvicalyceal dilatation? Right PUJ obstruction ( AP dia-1.5cms) and prominent left extra - renal pelvis. I am giving antibiotics now (Sporidex). Is it curable with antibiotics alone? Any suggestions pls.

A. May need pediatrician surgery.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.

A. As Oh now you can only give antibiotics you cannot do anything else if anything else else is to be done if the situation is not dealt properly with the anti biotics that you’re giving them your doctor is going to advise you with further treatment if it is required but as of now you continue with your medicines only
