hi my baby is 5 plus years her height is almost 4ft ....weight is 24kgs as her height is 4 ft she looks very slim all say that she is weak ....Dr says she is ok as her weight is good plz suggest best diet chart for her so that she remains fit and healthy

The height of your child is very very good and that is why the weight is much on the higher side but still it is actually overweight only despite of the height of child should be somewhere around maybe 20 kg or 22 kg little higher your child is having still even consider the height
