A. Dear parent, continue to breastfeed till 6 months complete. There is no need to give formula or cerelac. If baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then baby is receiving adequate feed.

A. hello dear parent if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in a day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated but if you still feel that the urine count is low then you can begin with semi solid but with your paediatrics permission as he would be able to guide you better after examining the child . you should drink lots of liquid and add Jeera in your diet to increase milk supply.
