Q.

Hi, my baby is 5 months old I'm giving her ragi along with breastmilk . from yesterday I found red colour dots in her poop whether it is blood or the undigested ragi . please find the attached photo for reference

A. it's, definitely not ragi.. it's advisable to feed complementary food after 6 months. Talk to baby’s doctor if there is blood in baby’s stool, but whether or not this requires an emergency visit would depend upon your child’s behavior.

A. Hello dear parent! This needs a personal medical evaluation. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months completion. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
