hi, my baby is 5 months now .when can I start food like rice and daal..right now am giving breast milk

A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 months old and you can give her any food vaggy/veg food home but after she is 6 months old give her moong dal rice porridge and fruits

A. you can give after 6 month, its better to wait till 6 month From 6 months onwards, you can give your baby small amounts of water and other baby food.

A. pls wait until your baby crosses 6 months ,seventh month is the right one to introduce solid foods
