Hi, My baby is 5 months 20 days old.His nose is stuffy with congestion and doing khar khar sound while feeding and sleeping like "kharate". Which syrp can I give to him Syrp Relent plus or syrp Atarax or any other pls suggest?

A. You can put nasal drops into the nose of your child if you feel the nose block is there and also you can give steam to the child but out of the two medicines that you have mentioned I will not recommend you to give any without doctors assistance please understand that it is not safe to give medicines without doctors advice and assessment
