Q.

Hi my baby is 4months 28 days old .. He weighs around 8kg.. He's having severe cold and cough . Our paediatrician suggested Phenergan Syrup 2.5 ml for 3 times a day.. Is it safe for him ?

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the timvfe supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve theg symptoms.

If your doctor has advised with some medicine I believe it is going to be safe only put the dose it seems to be really very high but anyways it the doctor has advised you with something they would have a better idea of what they are suggesting and while they are suggesting so you can go for thatWrite Your Answer Here
