Hi.. my baby is 4 months. She is 5.3 kg. Is it okay? What should I do to increase her weight?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 5.3 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
