hi, my baby is 4 months old. some days she doesn't respond with coo aa ooo sounds.. should I be worried?

No Why should you be worried certain times kids do not respond to all these things it’s perfectly normal need not worry about it because all the time kids are not in a mood to respond to you at this age so it’s fine if you see that it is happening repeatedly every now and then when you consult your doctor
