Hi, My baby is 4 months old.Am breastfeeding mother. Recently I notice my breast is so loosening..my baby drinks for 5 mins only and he got distracted. but he is drinking milk is sufficient but why it's loosen . before it's slightly hard. is this may vary day by day?

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Give adequate feeding Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Stay hydrated healthy Wash hands often before
