Hi my baby is 4 month old her birth weight is 2.8kg and now her weight is 4.6 kg.she is very active and passing urine more than 10 times and poop once per day but she is not gaining weight please suggest what to do

A. the weight gain depends on the birth of the baby generally the birth weight of the baby will be double by the end up 5 months and it is 3 times by the end of 1 year of age
