hi my baby is 4 month old.. breast feeding only . since 3 days her poop is green color without diarrhea. goes green twice a day . n today I saw little red color in green stools . I drank carrot n Beetroot juice yesterday I dont know if that is the reason for red color . she's pooping green without any other symptoms like fever etc. she is active . but red color in anus area since birth for that I'm Appling diaper rash cream. pls help
