Hi, My baby is 4 month 20 days old. Couple of relatives suggested to give gripe water to the baby few times a day. Do you think is it okay to give gripe water to baby at this age? Thanks

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Gripe water should not be used in babies,Gripe water generally include sugar and alcohol, sodium bicarbonate, excess of it is harmful for babies.
It is not good for baby just give only breast milk till 6 month of age
