Hi.. My baby is 4.5 months old. I feel like breastfed milk is not sufficient to her. Can I start giving cerelac halfsppon once in a day

I mean ,is your child having low weight?
is his/her pee count is Lower then 7 times in a day?
mam, if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day then no need to worry about it.
