A. dear mum, weight of 5.4 kg is absolutely normal for 4.5 months old baby. you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. at one episode of breastfeeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
