Hi, my baby girl is 4 months old.Her weight is 5 kg.Is she underweight? and her heightbus 16 Cms.Is she short.pls advice.

Hello ma’am Since you have not mentioned the birth weight of your child can only tell you if your child is gaining somewhere around 500 g on an every month basis and that is good and if the birth weight double by the age of six months it’s perfectly healthy weight gain and the height is also fine because it completely depends on the height of the parents.
