hi, my baby is 3months old, her right eye is constantly watering and forming discharge,now I see that it is smaller than left eye.i have so much of fear.pls someone suggest me something

A. use tobacin eye drops gk. if there is no improvement it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination and if there is need to do any investigations both for diagnosis and management
