hi my baby is 3 years 11 months old... she is constipated child. she is on mu out from.last 1year. but if we discontinue muout. she gets constipated . can anyone suggest how we stop this mu out so that she doesn't suffer from constipation.

Author of questionMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. sir but if we stop giving mu out and try to resolve the problem by dietary changes,it will take long time,till then it becomes difficult for her to pass stool.in this situation how can we change this habit of giving mu out to her,

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than 4 years of age if baby is having constipation it is not advisable to use medicines for long time occasionally we may use dulcolax suppository in the baby but better give adequate water seasonal fruits and vegetables to the baby
