hi my baby is 3 weeks old. her birth weight is 3.58 and she lost 500 grams in 10 days. she s not gaining weight from 2nd week nor decreasing. she s maintaining 3kg . is this normal or do we need to go for any check-ups? (breast milk supply is sufficient )

A. this is normal as the baby will start gaining weight after some days there may some weight loss after birth then weight gain.. exclusively breast feeding is recommend till baby complete six months.. mother milk helps in weight gain..
