Q.
hi My baby is 3 months old now and she is not gaining weight. I am giving FM in addition to BM. My left side nipple got sore and painful at my early stage of delivery but now recovered. But i didn't feed my baby in the left side at that time. Now I am trying, but milk is not sufficient for her. whether it can be increased? I am also taking lactocare powder and tablets but no improvement

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. yes to improve milk you can take lactare or mother sparsh vardhan take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana more you nurse milk will increase you can give vitamin supplement as zincovit or A to z consulting your pediatrician
