A. Dear mum, if your baby’s birth weight was 4.1 kg, then weight after 3 months should be around 5.5 kg. Baby should gain around 500 grams per month. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.

A. hello you can expect your baby gain a minimum of 600 grams to 800bgrams atleast per and if baby is gaining so much per month then is a good weight and also you can check by expressing your milk using Babyhug breastpump to make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk
