Hi - my baby is 3 months 20 days old and formula feeding and yeaterday we bave given her the vaccination and since then she is passing watery motions. she was passing 3 to 5 stools per day before vaccination and now it is increaased to 8 times and it is watery. pls help

A. we all knw that formula s not best option for baby. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .
