when my 3 months old daughter is awake, she does not take formula and when she is in sleep, then she takes the formula. is there any problem to her?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she use to drink formula milk when she is asleep so mostly she may not be recognised the formula milk in her sleep
