A. as ur baby is completely on breast feed..try to take healthy diet ..include some dryfruits, ghee, milk in ur diet... generally baby's weight should be twice to his birth weight by 6 months . and it differ from one to another..like my baby was 3kg at birth time.. and when my breast milk getting low , his weight starts falling .and fluctuating.. my doc suggested me to start formula ..so from then he is on mix feed . I am giving him Aptamil gold formula milk stage 2. . it has prebiotics which helps in easy digestion amd provide the all nutrients for proper growth.

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child meet dr
