A. hi usually it is normal among young babies to spit up milk in curdy consistency with slow flow after each feeding. so please offer small and frequent feeds. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. make sure your child latches properly because sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up. as you are nursing mother eat easy to digest food. burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. maintain good hygiene. but if your child spit up milk as it is or in large quantity then please visit your pediatrician.
