hi my baby is 2yrs 8months old and he is having cough and cold with runny nose. Can anyone tell me what med should I give him?

Hi mom Use saline nasal drops give indirect steam inhalation Take a good care of your baby Give turmeric milk twice daily Stay hydrated Offer different varieties of food Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
