hi my baby is 2year 2months old and he is having stomach pain and loose motion from morning pls assist me some medicine

A. Enterogrrmina,curd,banana,ors,mild analgesic syp for pain relief

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmgent along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibbiotics treatment

A. Hi mom U can give zinc syrup and enterogermina sachet for loose motions This will help to give relief. U can also give ors. Give curd banana to improve the digestion of the baby. Take care and all the best
