Hi my baby is 21 month old and he has little red dotts in his face stomach and legs I don’t know why please help what to do

A. Allergy infection which is spreading we have to have an assessment with your doctor to have clarity and on that basis only the doctor will be able to treat you further on that once they confirm what is the issue
