Hi. My baby is 20 days old. For the last 2 days my baby had been feeding 1 hour once or 45 mins once. Is it normal for the baby to feed hourly?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the weight of the child is within normal limits then do not worry about the feeding pattern because many times children will follow demand feeding and the urine output should be more than 6 or 7 times in 24 hours

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, a new born baby can feed for as long as he wants. Because a new born may not be feeding but just soothing himself by stay g in that position. So do not worry. And must burp him after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary
