hi my baby is 2 yr 5 months baby. she is getting like smallbubbles near her neck . whether it's AELLEGERY or anything else. can any one explain.

A. this could be some kind of infection which needs to be examined first then only proper treatment could be given with mfjfedical supervision so please talk to your doctor till then maintain good hygiene .
