the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active then it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which will help in the growth of the child include fruits vegetable green leafy vegetable dry fruit and dairy product
