Hi, my baby is 2 years 5 months old and her weight is 17.5kg, what is the recommended dose of meftal 60ml for her? she is having fever, I gave her dolo 120 but temperature is not reducing

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. better not to use acid as far as possible this is not a safe drug always paracetamol is safe to use in small babies medicines to be given according to advise of doctor
