Q.

hi my baby is 2 years 3 months old..she is not chewing properly...she is always try to swallow food..even pomegranate also not try to chew...sometimes she swallow the food and stuck it into the throat and then she vomits all the food whatever she eats previously...not even she eats banana independently I always mash the banana in hand and give to her...what is the solution to chew her food

A. First start making small small bites for the child which are easy to chew and give thin slices of apple to eat as it helps to develop chewing habit in kids
