Q.

Hi my baby is 2 months old... her birth weight is 2.25..she is looking thin and looks like just born..am stressed out becoz of this...she didnt catch up her weight ..do babies catch up weight slow and why so?am really worried

A. Hello mom Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year, baby gain weight slowly so you should definitely calculate according to that. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and if mother’s milk is not sufficient then you can give formula milk. But there is no need to give anything else till six months.
