hi my baby is 2 months 7 days old hasn't pooped in 4 days ans is feeding less than normal? what should I do? is there anything to worry

A. dear It is normal for many exclusively breastfed babies to not pass stool frequently it can be even once in 7-8 days. Consult doctor if stomach appears to be bloated feed baby on demand
