Q.

Hi my baby is 2 month old and by birth he was fair and no any dark patches on face after phototherapy he become black and gradually right side face there black pigmentation appears,now he become fair but the black pigmentation is still remain ,please let me know what is the causes for this

A. It’s a misconception that people have that it is because of phototherapy it’s not because of that and it’s probably due to some another issue sometimes some kids have early pigmentation and this kind of a situation you can kindly consult a dermatologist
